Hello spring!

It’s the first day of spring! I love springtime for sooooo many reasons…

  • my birthday
  • Resurrection Sunday
  • crawfish season
  • best travel weather
  • tulip blooms
  • the arboretum comes alive
  • festivals, festivals, festivals!
  • sno-balls
  • sandals
  • sunshine makes colored hair brighter
  • Nurses Week!
  • dip in the electric bill

I think that hits the highlights. I’ve always felt the kickoff for spring is the perfect time to really get in and sow the seeds we want to grow. What are you planting in the garden of your heart this spring? What type of fruit/harvest are you expecting? Be intentional! After we are done, “He will open the flood gates of heaven and let it rain,” making the harvest exceeding, abundantly more than we could ask or think (Ephesians 3:20 NASB 2020).

“But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, self-control; against such things there is no law” – Galatians 5:22-23 NASB 2020
